"I finally found a dentist who agrees with my belief that I have reached the point in my life that it is not prudent to spend money - and multiple years - to patch my teeth a few at a time. After six decades of dealing with "soft" teeth and having cavities form at the margins of nearly every crown and previous filling, my mouth looks like an embarrassing patch-work quilt. It is now time to pull most of my teeth and get an upper denture and a lower partial. My journey to finding this dentist has been long and frustrating, so it was a huge relief to finally be on the same page with my dentist. Oh, and my hygienist was super nice & very gentle, and the office staff were efficient and helpful. Thank you to the entire team."

"Called to make an appointment. The receptionist," Angela" , extremely rude. Said they don't take blue cross , then hung up. I have delta . Amazing pathetic customer service . Maybe should give their receptionist some classes on etiquette. Go to Dundee dental . Very nice and they don't answer the phone to be rude."

"Went to Tower Dental and saw Dr. Hicks. She made a lot of sense on explaining three problem areas with my teeth, and even showed me pictures to further illustrate what the problem/solution was. Also, when attempting to pay, I was told that Delta Dental would cover all the cost. I said that at my previous dentist in Dundee, I always had to pay something. They explained they have a better plan with Delta Dental, which saves me money. I am so glad I switched to Tower Dental."

"We love Tower Dental. Eveyone in the office is always friendly, helpful, professional and happy to answer any questions I might have. All of their hygienist have worked on my family and they are all top notch. I really like Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith and his assistant Sara worked on my son last week and made sure he felt calm and relaxed. Dr. Smith took the time to chat with my son prior to working on him. Sara made sure something was on the TV that he enjoyed watching and gave him a fidget toy to distract him during his visit. The front desk ladies know my family well and always interact with us on a personal level when we come in. We look forward to our visits and would highly recommended the office to anyone. We missed Sam one of my sons hygienist last time we were in, she is off on maternity leave. They made sure to let us know she will be back soon and he can schedule with her again.
