"I purchased a queen size mattress a couple of months ago. They delivered it the next day. About 3 days later, I called and told them the bed in a box did not inflate like it was supposed to. After arguing with the manager on a few occasions,, he finally sent me a full inflated one, but it was not the bed I purchased. Calling him, Robert, would not give me the $1,000 mattress that I paid for. He is such an obnoxious person, who would talk right over me, and did not want to hear what I had to say he is from the 8 mile store, even though I bought it from the universal store on dequindre, I had to talk to him. Never would I ever buy anything from there again, and I suggest that you don't either."
