"Just was at the family dollar on 1220 Baldwin Pontiac Michigan and they have a sign right at the front of the store that says $20 dollars for all comforters regular price $25 dollars up to $45 dollars. When the store manager saw I was going too buy one that says $40 dollars " after she had just told me she bought Two yesterday" she takes mine back and says it's only the ones priced $35 dollars! And take them some in another Isle It's Clear she wanted them for herself! I spend at least $200 hundred dollars in this store every month and at least $100 hundred in EBT! I will NEVER go here AGAIN!!! It should have been honored since the sign says $25 dollars up to 42 dollars on sale for $20. Then when I asked for corporate office number she LIED and said she didn't have it! If I could give a ZERO NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!"
"Hey Dear Family Dollar CEO, I walk line and then I buy, so they ask me any question and that bad question, this change Job right now, because, I don't want drama and be nice to me right now, but I want perfect job work. you better not question no more, we done! I told you, I want buy everything stuff, so anyway, I look around here and that mess up, you need clean up place, everywhere place."
"Friendly people work there, they are always available to help you and the line to check out is usually short. Store is clean, product is stocked and pulled to the front so, it looks full. I like coming here to get a few things. Personally I don't buy most of my groceries here because most of it is more expensive than other actual grocery stores"
"If I could leave no stars I would! I am come into this store very often and never been treated this bad! I guess the woman. She’s a brown skinned woman like myself and when I got to the counter she had a nasty attitude, being smart mouthed and disrespectful then she didn’t even give me the correct change back. When I told her the attitude just got worse. This is not how you run a business especially customer service. If she doesn’t like working with the public then she should find another job. I really hope someone hirer up sees this and the issue gets addressed. You will definitely loss customers over her nasty attitude!"
