"Spoke w mgr/owner prior to driving to business for Western Union. I arrive, waited appx 10 minutes. Gentle men behind counter stated would be back in 45 minutes. I then called again before heading back to only owner can do those tasks. Owner stated to come back in ANOTHER 1.5 hours. Waste of much of my precious time & $. Customer service was not appropriate."
