"Terrible!!!! I bought 2 cases of mandarin oranges (24 pack) and there is mold all over in the inside as well as the actual fruit cups! I called the store 4 times and each time I was hung up on. Smh I will be going up to the store first thing in the morning smh. My younger child being excited opened the box and proceeded to eat a fruit cup until my oldest grabbed it from her and brought it to me because he seen black and white stuff all over containers I am livid!!!!!!!!!"
"This store has really gone downhill. 6 years ago this store was perfect. There are now long check out lines. Many items are out of stock. The last time there not one but two homeless people asked me for money. It’s gotten to the point to where I question how safe it is to even shop there. I will stick to downriver from now on."
"The good: Usually well stocked with product, Lines never too long, Plenty of parking, even during Holidays. The bad: Occasionally rude tyrant acting staff, in the customer service area. (Customer service means just what it says, you're serving the customers!) Homeless people Occasionally hang out here, or ask customers for money in the parking lot. Bathrooms are rarely clean in Kroger. Recycling machines are 50/50 chance, working or available."
"Worst Krogers in our area! This store is getting bad! I just watched a cashier be so rude to a lady that everyone was like "chill out " but she just turned and yelled at us to "mine our own business!" That's when I realized how bad it has really gotten here! The selves are half stocked, their out of many items, it's dirty, and the people are rude! The prices are good so I'm really glad there's a Krogers on Ford rd in Dearborn heights!"
"My phone doesn't support the app for digital coupons, and the cashier wouldn't help me. I don't get many opportunities to shop, because I'm a caregiver for a sick elderly person. The digital coupons would save me a lot of money, so I couldn't get our food, and left. Other employees have been very nice and helpful. That cashier was very condescending, and it was embarrassing. I've worked at grocery stores (actually a Dearborn Kroger decades ago), and I know that attitude is not acceptable customer service. I'll shop at other stores from now on."
