"Not much of a park as a nature trail. There is a beautiful trail between Budd and Canal Park. If you're going later in the day or in the fall months. First bit of advice is just remember the (bugspray). Second bit bring water. Third bit don't get lost. Bring a compass keep track of where your going. It's not the largest area of trees but still can get turned around."

"Canal Park is a good place to hike. There are some easy trails to take or you can do the longer one along the Clinton River and end at Budd Park about a mile or so. Hot and buggy in warmer weather"

"Never very busy, much longer than I originally thought! Very scenic route along the Clinton river. Certain parts are far enough from the road to hear the birds. I've seen multiple deer, tons of squirrels, and plenty of birds."
