"The store is not currently open for some reason, so this should be updated on the website. I last saw a sign on the door saying, " Go! is temporarily closed" so I can only wonder why *scratches head* I cant figure out for the life of me why it would be closed *sigh* The employees were really great, mainly this muscular looking kid who worked there on sundays who was very helpful and great. Store was stocked ok, although the stuffed animals were kept up nicely by the same kid. Guy seemed like a great worker."

"New owners have taken over as of the 1st of July. Customer service seems to be something that is cared about now. The Store seems to be getting organized and shifted around. It seems they are trying to express goodwill to change the negative narrative that was created around this store. Very much looking forward to coming back to see the progress after the disaster that was the last year at this store. Bigger, brighter, more helpful and can’t forget about the amazing selection of puzzles, funko pops, games, and of course fun."

"Showed up at 4:30pm on December 1st 2021 and the store had a sign that said be back on break, waited 30 minutes and the sign was gone but the doors were still locked, there was 6 people waiting outside to shop. Tried calling the number of the store and it rang and rang and no answer. This sign was also posted"
