"This is a PUBLIC Place please do not let your dog go unleashed! In 7 minutes of my hike I got jumped on by 3 unleashed dogs with muddy paws and one nipping at me … don’t assume everyone likes dogs or is comfortable with them. And the people who have their dogs off leash will always annoyingly lead with “Don’t worry she’s really nice …” please obey the leash law so we all can enjoy our walks. I come here less and less (which is disheartening because I love the trails) but the entitled dog owners deter me."

"It was a nice little dairy farm out by Richmond. Had a meet up with my child's class. Had to say the little guy had a blast but you know two year Olds. Dude thinks Sam's club is the funnest place ever. Anyway Had little bit of other animals. Chickens, goats, horses and you guessed it moo cows. They also have a little playground for the children. And a covered eating area. So on the hot days, you have since shade. Only issue I had was there was electric fences to discourage the cows from breaking the fences. It was completely accessible to any kids that walk up not thinking about it. It's not every fence I have only seen two areas of fence that were accessible. Had a nice time though."

"First time visiting the farm with my kids. We went at the end of the day so we can't wait to try it out in the morning next time. The playground is great and being able to leisurely walk around the farm was nice. I recommend Wolcott Farm for anyone with littles that are looking for an easy activity. You don't need to plan anything besides knowing you need to have your metropass or pay at the gate. If you want to spend more than hour here, bring a picnic lunch."

"We walked to the very back of the park and took a path starting at the back left corner of the property. The path follows a small river and was beautiful for the fall color change. Dogs allowed."

"Such a wonderful Metropark. We visit here often and my kids (3 & 1) are always excited to go. There are lots of animals to see and playground is good for most ages. The employees are so friendly and interact with the kids in a very educational way. A couple weeks ago, we even got to see a baby goat being born! We mostly go late morning during the week and there is rarely more than 5 other cars. It's very clean and there's lots to see!"
