"I've been there twice, the first time it was $20+ an hour for a lane that was broken down repeatedly, at least 15 min of the hour. Guys at the desk said too bad. Second time was a couple years later, for a charity thing. Each time I threw my balls they came back covered in gummy grease that had to be removed with alcohol. 2 balls were gouged one in the ball track. Extreme Envy damaged. It's a brand new nearly $300 ball. I told the desk they said, well put it on our maintenance list. This place is a DUMP! They will NEVER see me there again...."
"My recent experience for a birthday party was soured by the poor service. Despite the enjoyable bowling activities, the staff's inattentiveness and rudeness were glaring. When we encountered issues with the keyboard for player names, we politely informed the staff. However, instead of addressing the problem, they dismissively told us to follow instructions. Only after they acknowledged the keyboard issue did they make a comment that trivialized our concern about not being able to input player names. This lack of responsiveness and dismissive attitude significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the event. It's disappointing that such a simple issue was not handled with more professionalism and courtesy. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service to avoid similar experiences for future patrons"
