"Nice, helpful people work here, so that's a plus, but this Production Tool seems more like an afterthought compared to similar stores from a pre- pandemic tool selling world. It's hard to tell if they're just moving in and haven't had time to fill the showroom floor yet, or if they're ready to move out and haven't quite finished packing everything up yet."

Yes, they are going out of business (Berkshire bought them; same thing), but y'all should know why. Garbage service and garbage tools."
"Came to pickup a surface plate I purchased. While waiting for the forklift to bring out my plate, some guy came out of the office just to stare at me the whole time. Came out if his office just to mad dog me the whole time. He didnt talk to any of the employees, didnt use a computer. Just stood there like a dope staring at me the whole time. I recommend you shop online and avoid the "people" at this place"
