"You sell bolts but we’re unwilling to help. I called to try and place an order and was told you are closed to the public. After driving 45 min because your website claims you were open, your employees were unwilling to even try to help. I simply needed a 15 M12-1.5 bolts. It wasn’t that they are out of stock, as you were unwilling to even look. If that’s the case, you should be closed completely because of this pandemic. Highly disappointed with this location."
