"I was confused about which products I need, so I used Facebook Messenger and got an immediate, knowledgeable response answering all of my questions. I will add one caveat. If you buy their cloud service module, you will have to pay a subscription fee AND an annual connection fee for EACH meter you want to connect. This fact is not mentioned anywhere I can see on the product pages. The fees are not exorbitant, but it is misleading not to mention them explicitly."
"Excellent customer service! I wrote in describing my situation and asking for help selecting a meter. They answered promptly and completely and sent me installation instructions! Then I had an issue with my order (i ordered one but then cancelled and placed an order for 3 and I wanted to make sure I wouldn't get four!) and reached out via Amazon and they responded promptly and texted me and confirmed the cancellation. Great service!"
"Very impressed with the customer service. I phoned a couple of times, and each time the team was incredibly helpful;. Marcus was polite, informative and has great understanding of their products. Their customer service is so good, that I called one evening after hours and hung up instead of leaving a message. Marcus took it upon himself to call me the following day to follow up to see if they could help with anything. DAE definitely goes the extra mile to look after people interested in their product!"
"I misplaced the paperwork that came with the meter we had purchased. I sent an email hoping they keep the documentation. Within minutes Marcus responded with the requested documentation. Additionally, I needed to change the delivery last minute when ordering and the DAE representative was incredibly helpful at that point as well. Great Customer Service at this company!"
