"Poor customer service! No assistance with the tools. 2 kids in the store helping and when I asked them they don't know anything. The main guy was on the phone when he got off i asked for help with a device and he fanned me away saying that one of the kids could help me. I just took my business elsewhere. It wouldn't have taken but 1 or 2 minutes of time to assist me with using something I was interested in purchasing."

"I went to this store with my sister looking for a specific product which they only had one in stock. I proceeded to check out. The cashier was a young boy looked to be about 10 yrs old. He was very disrespectful to us both. I asked him if he would speak to his mother or Aunt or sisters the same way he spoke to us. He responded no. My sister and I are African American I'm not sure what his nationality is. I returned every item I bought from the store and left. I will never shop here again."
