"My 87 year old grandmother bought a couch and loveseat set from Russ. After a few weeks of use, she noticed there was something wrong with the support below the cushions on one side. Clearly a manufacturer flaw and the couch was still under warranty. After emailing the manufacturer, we were told their warranty states you have to make claims through the retailer. The issue was then brought to Russ’s attention and he refused to issue the claim and honor the warranty. Save your money and do NOT bring your business here unless you want to be stuck with broken, overpriced furniture."
