Bob the salesman was excellent at helping us with our flooring needs, He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He came to our house and measured the rooms. We found a product that we purchased that met our needs, price and quality. The price was spot on, no hidden charges. The price included complete tear out, move the furniture and installation. Three installers came out and first day and two on the second day. They were excellent top notch. Very professional did exactly what we paid for and more. The floor is perfect and they made sure we were happy. The hole process from rip out, cleanup, and installation was excellent. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future for our flooring needs."
"I walked into showroom and met Bob, he is wonderful! I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and he showed me different options and helped me to decide, the whole time being kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! On install day, the crew was great also!! They keep me well informed as to when they would be there and were very prompt. They were friendly, respectful of my home, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves!!
