"We bought our new sectional almost a month ago from a Facebook Friday event. We are very happy with it and appreciated the service we had in the store. I was helped on my first time in by Kellee Davis. She was patient and understanding through all of my questions and indecision. She was knowledgeable about other deals and products that were similar to what we were looking for so that I could compare different options. She gave real advice and opinions on them, instead of pushing like some people in sales tend to do. Unfortunately that day, I couldn’t bring myself to make the decision (but narrowed it down to 2) without my partner being able to check them out with me. We came back later that week to make the decision together. Kellee was off that day, so we were helped by Jeano Williams. He was very friendly and high energy. He was patient with us as we both went back and forth with pros and cons about the sectionals we were deciding between. We ended up coming to a decision and purchasing it that trip. While ringing it up, he was very personable, and we had a nice conversation about a common interest. We ended up having a family member pick it up in-store the next day, and then we put it together ourselves. Luckily, that turned out to be a great decision for us, because it saved us a pretty penny and it was super easy to put together!"
