"LAZY & SASSY!!, I’ve been TRYING to come here for YEARS only because my grandmother was a good costumer of theirs but now I don’t even see why she would spend her money with them! We called Al for our furnace and NEVER got serviced, went months heat until we found someone else! Lily at the front will look at you like your studio if you don’t know exactly what you’re talking about so idk where this “good costumer service” lie comes from. And we are supposed to just accept it because there’s no other hardware close! they definitely aren’t the nicest on th her phone and again I’ve been giving them chances for 10+ years and I’m sick of this!"
