"First time going to this store and my excited expectations were met! It was pretty crowded but the larger clean aisles helped with the extra space. I love that they have better health standards for some items so that's why a lot of the items are it's own brands or different ones than usual grocery store brands. I love the smell of the fresh flowers going into the store and the paper bags they use that are more sustainable than plastic. I love that I can find usual items that I crave that most stores don't offer. Was in and out quickly with no issues and staff was friendly."
"Olivia at the South Bend store was an absolute joy to interact with this morning! I mentioned to her that my father had just passed away and she was extremely compassionate. I walked into the store sulking, and walked out with a smile because of how kind and hospitable she was when she rang me up. Trader Joe's is a great addition to the community, and it's employees like this that keep me coming back."
"Vday was my first day ever going to a trader Joe's. It was so busy! But for good reason.I had heard so many good things and I was very pleased. Such a unique selection and the prices are good. I always thought they were an expensive store, but I was wrong. And they cashier was so sweet. I definitely will be back."

"I love Trader Joe's products. However I despise nearly every shopping experience I have there. This is for all locations I have shopped at. It always feels like their employees are more concerned about making sure they are doing their jobs rather than ensuring customers can shop the shelves. So often I have employees in my way counting things and never make room. Or they are too busy talking to each other to realize someone is trying to get to a product they are blocking. While they are friendly, they are more a roadblock than helpful."
