"Ordered a 50 pound bag of Organic Oates and found "BUGS" Moths and larvae inside the sealed package. Contacted customer service and they stated that they only give 30 days to return/refund. I didn't realize I had to open and check for BUGS within 30 days. Also, I left a one star review on their website and found out they "Deleted" it the next day. Now, I'm wondering if this is a common issue. I'm out over a $100 bucks because I thought they had honest reviews. If you purchase in bulk, check immediately for BUGS."
"Fast unload. You have to go down 52nd Street to get there. It's a dirt road so don't worry about it. Plenty of room to back into the docks."
