"What an adorable shop! They had all the important stuff and none of the fluff you now find in big health food stores like W.F.’s. The staff was friendly and helpful and even helped recommend the best fresh squeeze juice for my cold. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly stays up to date on the latest information in health. Seriously impressed."
"No Masks required by Clerks during Omicron outbreak!!! Very disappointed in the owner's risking the safety of employees, customers, and stressed health care workers. Spoke with her about this, and she replied masks are not state mandated, clerks do not want to wear them and Omicron is not that serious. I have enjoyed shopping there in the past as the clerks are quite personable, but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere where employees and the community's health and safety is a priority."
"Spotted this store while on a trip to a nearby store and stopped in and so glad I did!!!!!! Very friendly and I just so happened to gravitate to the back of store and spotted some beautiful incense from a company called Golden Lotus in India. I was very intrigued and instantly wanted the Eucalyptus one. Let me tell you these are quality incense!!!!! The lady at the store did tell me they are hard to find and very rare so guess what I will be calling to order to see if they can ship to me, I’m in Glenwood, although not super far it’s not right up the street either, but I really like the vibe of the store!"
"I love doing business with the people here. They work to help me find the nutritional supplements my nutritionist recommends. I learned to call ahead before I come in, because they will get a needed item from their other store in Michigan City, if they don't have it. It usually takes one day. The last time I went in, they gave me a discount on my purchase over $100. I'd rather do business with Nature's Cupboard instead of Amazon. The people who work here are knowledgeable and service-oriented."
