"I have watched many videos of Shaw’s pet carpet and I purchased my carpet before watching the videos but they videos lie. I have had my carpet almost 3 years and it looks worse than the 20 year old carpet that I pulled out. I have had my carpet professionally cleaned about 6 times all ready because if liquid gets on the carpet it soaks in right away it does not sit on top like it did when I first purchased, after about 6 months later the liquid did not sit on top to give you time to clean it up. I have called the sales people that sold me the carpet and I also called Shaw and neither will do anything about it. All this carpet does it keeps it from supposedly soaking into the pad but you don’t know if that is true because you don’t see the pad unless you pull up your carpet. I was told it would not show wear or stains. This carpet and their representatives are horrible."
