"I stayed with this host a total of almost 5 months, and had multiple issues. However, on my last stay here the host completely lost all respect from me and in turn my business. I could not turn the heat off my entire stay this past reservation. The host told me they couldn't send anyone out to fix it until the next day. I told them I wanted the night refunded and she agreed. Second day nobody came out again, I contacted the host and they seemed surprised and said they'd extend the same courtesy to the next night. I asked for the refund and the host waited until the reservation was ended and refunded me $25, not even one night. I slept with all the windows open the entire stay and still sweat every night, the heat was never fixed. There are no chain locks or secondary locks on any of the doors. The bathtubs have been painted with white paint which is flaking off in every room I've stayed in. The handles in the shower are all broken, one night I had the shower head randomly hit me in the back because it had broke off. In some of their bigger rooms, they have cardboard in place of windows. Constant noise from other tenants because the walls are super thin. Rooms are missing panels to blinds so people can look right into your room. My daughter had her shoes off 5 minutes and her feet were filthy. When I asked for a vaccuum so I could clean the dirty floors they told me they didn't have anyone on site and couldn't get me one. So I sent them a picture of a pile of dirt in the room and they never did anything. Sheets smelling like BO, when it's a new room we just checked into. They give you 2 towels for an entire week even with multiple guests. They also send you a waiver they want you to fill out and they tell you you'll have to pay a $50 deposit. However when you do it, it's actually $100 and took 10 days before it was back in my account. Half the time the host would send the check in instructions late. I lost power because one of their heaters tripped a circuit and they didn't fix it until after 9 at night."

"I think that the price of the room is a little high for this place but the room is very comfortable and quiet it's out of the way of a larger organization but they do try to make you feel comfortable enough to want to come back"

"Trust me when I say one star is being extremely generous. Low number rooms are new and nice BUT they will have any excuse to put you on the high number side which the rooms are worse then the place looks on the outside. Went into my room and found a used needle under the bed. Tons of mosquitos and found two ticks crawling on me. Lights are very dim and won’t scare off the roaches. This place is near a landfill and when the wind blows in the wrong direction all you can smell is that landfill. The AC blows semi cold air that smells like piss. The only good thing I can say is my company paid for the room so it was free to me, I still feel like I over paid."

"Holy crap, what a dump!! My wife and I were going to stay the night there on 11/24/2014. We were simply looking to get away for the night. We live locally and It looked ok from the road as we drove by it. When we arrived I was a little discouraged by the lobby / check in area but I have stayed in many small mom and pop hotels when I travel for work so this didn’t really phase me. I have found most are clean and quiet. Some are a little out dated but I prefer them to the big chain hotels. This place on the other hand. WOW! OK first we checked in and as I stated the check in area was a little rough but whatever. We get a key to the room and the first thing we notice is this horrific musky smell as I opened the door. We open the door and turn on the lights. The room had what appears to be 15 year old cigarette burns in the carpet, lots of them. The walls look like they have severe water damage. Paint peeling, discolored water marks and things of this nature. So I go to open the rear window and there was black mold growing on the window. OK, now were are done. We decided to go somewhere else. I began searching on my cell phone and make a few calls. It took about 10 minutes to book a room at a different hotel. Here is the best part, when I returned to the office to inform the person there that I was leaving and to return the key. He stated that I went into the room, had sex with my wife (in 15 minutes) and he wasn’t going to return my money.. Obviously I laughed and let him keep it.. Maybe it’s possible to save some else from a similar adventure by this review. Well good luck."
