"It's hit-and-miss whether you're going to get someone who's friendly and helpful or just rude and seemingly annoyed that you're there. But the real problem is, NO ONE wears a mask. There are signs all over the place saying "Mask required!" No staff members were wearing them, and half the customers weren't either. I mean, fine if that's the policy, but don't have signs up in your store."
