"I order a TS40 saw. The saw was shipped within a few days. I called to get an RMA as the saw did not include the inverter. Acce has refused to send an rma. They insist to just ship back and that the will take care of the return and charge 25 percent restocking. What happen to the customer service all I am asking is for the an RMA per the rerun policy. Or sell me an inverter for the saw to work “. As it stands the saw is completely useless"
"Shoutout to Anthony (I hope that was his name) in Service! He helped me get my ICS clutch off free of charge. I know Husqvarna and some of there other suppliers are very backlogged but ACE tries to be proactive with the parts they have on hand and are the backbones of all the machines we use here are Anto Glass Block and Michigan Egress LLC! Thanks Guys"
"Wow. If I could give their customer service 10 Stars, I would. I received a saw damaged during shipping. My first thought was, here we go again. Customer Service is such a dying industry that I’ve come to expect bad customer service. So I sent an email on Saturday (They were closed) expecting a reply Monday morning when they got to work. Actually I figured I’d call Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday…. Nope, I sent the email and a minute later my phone was ringing. Wow, on their day off? Really? I’m beyond impressed. They’re taking care of everything. A new saw is on the way and they’ve arranged for the return of the damaged one. Thank you Phillip and Ace Cutting, you are a class act. I will recommended your company to everybody I talk to in the industry."

"New customer to the business, first and foremost these guys have exceptional customer service skills, they understand how important it is for contractors to have working equipment, and they stand behind their repairs and the equipment they sell. Dealt with the owner personally on a brand new saw that was having some problems ,no questions asked he took the Saw back that was having issues, and gave me a new saw on the spot. Great customer service, Very grateful I found this company and will continue to do business with them for years to come!"
