"We did not want new floors yet, but due to issues we found we were stuck with a bathroom remodel. I called Scott and he came out to give us a quote in the evening so I didn't have to use my vacation time. He was able to guide us in the work that we could do to make things more affordable and correct overall. The process on our side took WAY longer than expected. I called back months later to see what our new price was because the economy is a mess and I fully expected them to jack up my price. I found they had NOT, they just honored the same price, no fight or negotiation. Then we had another set back on the house (If anyone ever wants "farm house decor" own a real farm house and that will teach you! lol ). I called to see if we could split the labor because my bathroom was bare sub floor and with little kids I didn't want someone to get splinters, or eat something, or do what kids do! They still held there price and were willing to help, even if that meant coming out in 2 different chunks to install. We didn't need that route in the end but still no hesitation to help us. Fast forward to picking flooring, we were able to save a lot of money because we picked stock materials. Prices were clear and up front. Day 1 of the install, the guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves (again a concern due to little kids) Day 2 and 3 work wrapped up. We did a walk through at the end and had a couple super tiny things we wanted done / adjusted. My hubby is a detail kind of guy. We sent over our punch list and it was done in a snap. No fight, no issue?! Anyone can look pretty when things run perfectly smooth, real character shows up when there are issues. They handled everything with grace, kindness and professionalism. They were honorable and patient every step of the way. Someday soon we will have more flooring upstairs to handle. I won't even get quotes, they have my business for as long as I'm in the area!! Well done!"
