"Big Box Stores “premium” paints, rollers and brushes are fine for simple projects, but for professional looking results you’re going to have to buy quality. It costs more, but one coat often covers well instead of using twice as much of the cheap paint. Quality rollers and brushes make the difference between an amateur job and a pro look. Guy at counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall cost is about the same since you use less quality paint with good rollers/brushes, versus more of the cheap junk out there, but TIME is what you save. If you’re a DIY guy or gal, don’t cheap out and buy junk that wastes your time and money. Do it right the first time and have experts who can tell you what you really need. They’ve a customer for life and have sales that when taking quality into account , are CHEAPER than the big box stores. I highly recommend them!"
"Horrible customer service and they are a poor excuse for a buisness. Management can't even pay their installer's what they owe them, let alone pay them on time. Also, management has absolutely ZERO flooring experience, and lie to their customers, telling them they're are on vacation. When in reality they just don't want to deal with customers. I'm shocked this place is even open still. If you want flooring done, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Sherman Williams needs to stick to paint..."
"Current management doesn’t have the capacity to properly communicate with client projects and 1099 flooring installers. Young, inexperienced and emotional management with zero knowledge of flooring and zero critical thinking skills to get the job done. Quick to hire and fire a crew that doesn’t accommodate sherwin Williams agenda of high volume numbers and poor install quality. Flooring installers not paid on time and paid the right amount. Don’t waste your time with sherwin Williams flooring department, go anywhere else."

"I've been completely satisfied using S-W finish products for our home. In the last year, both upper and lower floors have become totally painted minus the ceilings. Their paint covers beautifully and the finish is easily washable. The staff at the store were very knowledgable and friendly."
