"If I could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD. They were nice to us until we loaded gaming cards, and it was just rude and impolite for the rest of our time there. We brought a group of about 10 people, and once they were rude to us for asking about food, we asked for a refund on our game cards and was told no. Most of the games are broken, and 3 games broke while we were there. So if you're interested in receiving rudeness from the staff, and their AmaZiNg selection of maybe 8 games that actually work, feel free to waste your money. We were planning on eating, bowling, and playing more games, but we're taking our business to Incredible Moe's. WILL NEVER RETURN."
"Just a ton of fun for kids. The bowling people were friendly and let you know how long the wait was...and they were quite spot on. I'm a big stickler for customer experience and you can tell the culture here is to make customers happy. We enjoyed our time and would visit again."
