"My friend (17) and I (16) went to this dollar tree for the first time, we were so excited to look around and find some fun things. We were there for about 30 minutes before 2 women employees came up to us and started accusing us of stealing, did not even start off by being polite they just decided to start a fight in front of other costumers. First they said we were shoving things in our pockets, we cleared out our pockets and I showed them my wallet. We set everything we had in our hands that we were about to purchase down and walked out. I called the store about 20 minutes later to ask for the employees names and they changed their story and said they apparently saw us shoving it in our backs instead of our pockets. They are very rude and one of the employees was following us around the store almost the whole time we were there. I get people our age like to steal things or cause a ruckus, but we were doing absolutely nothing wrong. We will not be coming back! This is a horrible way to treat costumers and i’ve seen other awful reviews."
"Nice new store, but the customer service isn't usually great (other nearby locations have much better service). During my most recent trip, employees were yelling very loudly at each other across the store the entire time. No one was at the register. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to notice before finally leaving without making my purchase. Not great."
