"Was there today, when I first walked in manager I assume was busy, seemed friendly at first. But when I got to register, rang the bell, she came but acted like she was not happy I didn't use the self checkout. Told her I didn't like using them. No response & by her expression was sorta rude. Chances are I will not be back there."
"This is a customer service, retail based position, is it not? If so then I would find someone else to run this place. I’ve seen this manager grab items aggressively, throw fits, snap at customers and employees, basically threw my stuff into the bags once, and today, well today was no different. This is the only place in Ida that we really have besides the gas station, I’m kind of sick of it sucking."

"This store was my go to place to shop since I live in Ida. Unfortunately the store has gone downhill FAST. I used to go there 2-3 times a week, now I avoid going unless absolutely necessary. It's a fire hazard just being in the store with most of the merchandise/stock sitting on the floor. You literally CAN NOT push a cart down the aisles. It's definitely not handicap accessible. They had a good thing going. I hope they rectify this mess soon. Until then they aren't getting my business."
"I meant to post this a few days ago but Kirstin was so understanding when I came in the other day. I'm suffering with feet issues and am not able to even wear shoes. She was really truly kind about it. She made me feel comfortable and was so friendly. Please tell her thank you, she deserves recognition. Also, this DG is the cleanest and most non-cluttered one I've ever seen. Love this place."
