"I have never seen a place do worse business. It started by me going into the store to look at samples. Not one person approached me. I started to leave and thats when they approached me. Then the measuring appointment came. No one showed up. I called and they didn't even remember anything about me! I wasn't even in their books when I saw the woman write it in with a pencil. They made another appointment the next day and the guy was two hours late. I waited days for them to call me with a quote when I was told it would be the next day. When the called, it was unbelievable! They had charges on the quote for moving and replacing appliances when this flooring was for a living room, and hallway! When I called back to tell them the quote was wrong and way over priced, I was told the woman was with a customer and she would call me back and she never did! I've heard businesses are really scrambling right now since covid and all the shut downs. This place could care less whether they get your business. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else!"

"Couldn't be more pleased with WOF. Tammy and her son Bryce were great on the front end with selections, measuring and keeping us in the loop with the supply issues. Apologized many times for shipping delays which were not their fault but they felt very bad about it. They moved mountains to accommodate the install schedule and Bryce went above and beyond on the installation."

"Helpful, patient, and professional. The individuals in the store helped us find beautiful floors that would work best for our lifestyle (actually pushed us towards cheaper but sturdier floors). The individuals installing the floors worked with us to make sure we would be happy with the final product, and they solved an unexpected leveling issue. Installation crew was extremely considerate when it came to wearing masks around us or in our home."

"I would like to give a good rating, however I have gone there three times, and each time received poor customer service. The first time, the lady helping us answered a phone call in the middle of our questions and never excused herself nor say she'd be back. The other two times, we were told she would be with us shortly. I really don't mind waiting my turn, but after 25 minutes both times, we guessed our business wasn't important to her."
