"Jerrad has now replaced the flooring in 90% of our home, and the only reason why it's 90% and not 100% is because we're waiting on a contractor for the bathroom work to be done. His storefront is just like his personality: a little rough around the edges, and nothing too fancy. But don't confuse that with his work ethic. He and his apprentice are committed to working their tail off, and ensuring that the job is done on time and more importantly the right way. The carpeting in the bedroom turned out soft and plush. our rigid Vinyl flooring looks great, despite all the challenges our old, wavy sub-floor provided. Jerrad met each challenge with the right solutions, adding leveling compound to ensure that the floor felt solid under our feet, and also to ensure that it remained durable. His pricing is super fair, and when you need to talk to someone, your not talking to someone behind a desk that doesn't understand what it takes to get the job done the right way in your house, your talking to the owner. When our bathroom remodel work is done, I already know who I'm calling to get the flooring installed in that room. And when I call, odd's are he'll know who's calling.
