"Very good company. My anxiety gets really bad when I am in a vehicle because of an accident that almost killed me in 2015. I'd recommend them, but if you want to go a different way than the GPS says, make sure you push them to go that route. One driver likes to take the highway to Grand Rapids, and every time he's taken that way, he's scared me quite a few times. Dispatch told me that I can request they take the route that doesn't scare me, so I plan to do that from now on. Craig is my favorite driver"

"One of your van drivers was in Lansing (69 & Mall Dr @~1630) speeding and trying to cut all the way across 5 lanes, honking at traffic that had the right of way. Horrible first impression of your company."

"On my way to work on m-37 (Broadmoor Ave) bus 112 decided to ride out the fast lane, Until it ended. I was in the slow lane behind another vehicle. This driver apparently felt he needed to be in my spot instead of falling in line. He almost put the bus in the median. Then proceeded to honk at me as if i did something wrong. Then a half mile down the road i put on my blinker to turn into a local business. He laid on his horn again. Honestly i don't get how a person like that is given a job transporting people. That behavior is unacceptable. I made a call to the company, Had to leave a voicemail. Not sure if i will get a call back. But will continue to try. This person should not have that job."

"Today I had an appointment scheduled for 1:15 with a ride scheduled at 12:45. !2:55 and no ride or text so I call. Dispatcher Tommy tells me the driver had an issue and won't be coming. She proceeds to then tell me they do not have any other drivers. I ask about them sending a Lyft driver she tells me no and to reschedule my appointment. I explain to her my appointment is a check up before my surgery and she simply responds with "Oh." then tells me to call my insurance because there's nothing they can do. Not only was her tone unprofessional but her lack of responsibility with informing me on time is unprofessional. When I call my insurance they tell my insurance they new a day ahead of time. This is not the first time I have had this happen with this company. If I make arrangements in advance and on time I expect to be informed about cancellations on time. The level of unprofessionalism is far too much."
