"LR Contracting Replaced the entire deck. This included 1) Removing the entire old deck (including hand railing down to lower level), and cracked cement patio foundation. Some of the old deck supports were set aside for later use by owner. 2) Expanding and recompacting foundation prior to setting cement support post, followed by installing the re-enforced cement patio. 3) Supporting posts and cross beams improved previous deck structural integrity. Trex decking and railing system (glass panels for clear visibility) were installed. 4) As the pictures show, the final product is wonderful. 5) In addition, Over 5 yards of dirt was used to upgrade the landscaping. 6) Also, the basement sliding door and window were upgraded to match necessary code requirements for bedroom in basement, as well as improved insulation and heating needs. At this time the structure is doing just fine through its first winter. I was thoroughly please with LR Contracting's work. They listened to my concerns, the customer, and addressed them through out the process. I highly recommend them."

"Short: Solid A+ group to work with, his team built a 24'x24' garage over in Houghton for me fall 2021. Longer: Lonnie and team does great work! Good communication and input on a few different location and design thoughts, had a garage built in a non-flat area of my property from initial discussions to completion a few weeks back all while dealing with supply issues from Covid. They did an awesome job from getting the permit, survey of underground utilities, backfill for foundation, pouring concrete. Then from the ground up with 2x4's studs to trusses, roof/shingles, garage doors, windows, painting etc. to finish it off – and all in time before the first big snow fall of 2021!"

"I was going to have my roof remodeled by this company, until something happened that ensured I would never trust them within 10 feet of my house. I recently was stopped behind one of this company's drivers for over 5 minutes, despite them being able to make a perfectly safe, legal turn, just to see them make an illegal turn as soon as they got the chance. If a company will do something this blatantly rude and illegal JUST to cut corners in their everyday business, without any regards as to how that affects anyone else, do you really want them doing work on your home?"
