"Rude owner and uninformed employees led to a very bad experience. We've rented boats up here for years and never had any problem with other companies. When we called to rent, we asked about tubing off of the pontoon we were interested in. The employee told us they don't condone it, “but everyone does it.” When we picked it up, we noticed that the boat wasn’t equipped (meaning no hooks or bar) to tow a tube. We tried to pay a small fee, switch it out for jet skis, etc because the boat was not going to meet our needs for the week. The owner was incredibly rude, stating she would absolutely charge us the full amount and fight it at the bank level becausewe knew about the tubing when we rented it because the online paperwork says they don't condone it. The paperwork should be honest and say the boats are not equipped to tow anything. Additionally, as we were picking it up , they warned us about the boat cavitating which means they knew something wasn't right with it. I believe the prop was wrong for that boat. We couldn't go full speed without it lurching forward. When we called them about it, they acted like we had no idea about boats, didn’t ask to come help us or anything. It was a frustrating way to start our vacation and really impacted the fun for our kids because we couldn’t afford to throw away the whole amount and rent something that would provide fun for them, so we ended up hardly using the boat. It you want a pontoon to just go tooling around with no towing, it’s a fine normal pontoon, nothing special. Go to other places in town that are more honest online and over the phone."

"Rented a jet ski for 2 days and everything went smooth. Staff was friendly and upfront about everything. I called before due time on day 2 and was lucky enough to be able to extend another day. No issues with booking and the machine worked great."
