"Wish I could give negative stars!!! What should have been a fast easy order and delivery of parts, was far from it! Ordered Friday morning, which should had shipped Friday, but nope. Called Friday evening and horrible service said it had shipped. But only label created and not on the way. Called Monday and talked to 2 people and got no answer's. Still Monday evening no parts. I live under 3 hours away and could had picked up and had car fixed by Saturday. But still no parts. Finally FedEx updated and will have now Tuesday!!! Should of had by Saturday the least. Get customer service people in Michigan would be better. I will never order again from them. Amazon or ebay would of been faster!!"

"It’s hard to measure how good a company is until there’s a problem. I have bought many brake and suspension parts from DA and have been very happy with quality, price and shipping. This week I found a problem with one of their parts and after a five minute phone call DA made everything 100%. Thank you for your outstanding customer service."

"Ball joined sheeted out of the lower control arm almost killing my family and I. They offered to replace the ball joint. Keep in mind the lower a-arm would need to be reamed out and because of the break the upper is now blown out. Shock needs to be replaced, brake lines and most likely the hub. This used to be a company I trusted. Absolute joke. 3 months of use."

You've cost me and my company over $4000 in damage/labor due to the junk parts you sold us and refuse to refund. remanufactured parts are junk, no customer service, don't answer the phone or emails, do not stand behind their products. Rip off merchant. Go to a real parts store and save yourself your time & money. Their "4.9 out of 5" review is purchased from a bot farm - brazen deception. Look at the current reviews, their BBB reviews, and social media reviews to see the truth. They have class action written all over them (multiple suits pending, just google it)."
