"I have trusted Pole Position with both my current Cadillac XT6 repair and my classic car repair after I hit a deer, which wiped out the front quarter panel. Having grown up in the industry (my family owned a body shop) I knew I was in the right place after a close friend recommend Pole Position. Bob, Mo, and team take their craft seriously and treat the customer right. Two of their strengths, in addition to a flawless fix, are communication (send texts and photos of work in progress) and going above and beyond. On my classic, the car had an electrical issue (windows did not work) and they fixed them proactively even though they were not on the original request. It also helps that they are a trusted Statefarm shop which speeds the estimate, fix, payment process and gives the customer less work to do. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend them, and hope I never need to come back, but if I do I will continue to entrust them with my 4-wheel babies."

"So I was referred by my sister to take my truck to Pole Position, it’s always a stressful situation being in accident. I made my claim and spoke insurance people and was told could take 4 weeks due to parts! I was not happy, but rest assured I spoke with Hugo and he set my mind at ease. Not a lot of people have positive feelings about progressive insurance , I called dealership where I purchased my truck they pretty much told me no way they don’t deal with Progressive. "Amaizing work. My insurance company talked about totaling my car when they saw the damage but Pole Position was able to fix it and you can’t even tell I was ever in an accident. She looks brand new again!!! I cannot praise them enough for the work they did. They even told me up front that they would not use subPar replacement parts and if that is what insurance insisted on I would have to go elsewhere.
