"Walked based on the prices list they have after they comply the oil changed they charged me extra with the excuse ohh this new guys we assumed he told you price will be more. I will never go back there and don’t recommend this station. Store manager contacted me after I left he was so nice and refunded the extra charge."
"This is my favorite quick oil change place in the area. 1) The customer service here is always excellent. Really nice folks. 2) The upsell here is very minimal. 3) The pricing here is consistent with other quick lube places. The only reasons I didn’t come here was because sometimes it gets too busy (that’s a good problem to have), or there is another quick lube place I would go to where the location is just more convenient for me. I stopped coming here since I got my new car, because my new car takes full synthetic and the dealership charges a more competitive price to change the motor oil and filter. However, if I am in a pinch and if I do not have time to head to the dealership I do come here, but it is overpriced compared to what I pay for at the dealership."
"Was more money than I expected to spend. But also worth the extra $20 than I would spend getting an oil change at the dealership since I didn't have to wait 3 hours. The upcharge on the filters that newer vehicles take is a little ridiculous. But for convenience sake... Staff was cool, and they don't try to push any unnecessary services or products like 99% of other oil change places will. Will definitely be returning here for my next oil change."
