"AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Went here for an oil change on Feb 6th. They didn't shut my hood properly. No more than 2 or 3 minutes and less than 2 miles after I left, it flew up and shattered my windshield, staying up and blinding me, endangering everyone on the road. I was lucky there was a parking lot that I was able to pull into immediately. Windshield, fenders, hood and hinges were all damaged due to their negligence. Apparently, they investigated themselves and found themselves innocent. Manager tried to blame it on a recall which had already been completed for the hood latch after the incident. They also claim they had difficulty opening the hood, if this was the case, why didn't they inform me of the issue while I was there? Note that after the incident, I shut the hood properly, and even with the hood being damaged, it remained shut, since it was shut properly. Tried to work with them, but clearly take no accountability whatsoever for their mistakes, now I'm out thousands of dollars in repairs."
"Been going here about 6 months. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t push the extra stuff too much. I refuse to go anywhere else because these guys are awesome! And if you do enough digging you can find the good coupons :)"
