"I had a great experience here. I had to get an Emergency transmission fluid change. I came in around 5:30 and the shop closes at 6 and instead of being turned away they took me in and did the job properly even over the top to make sure I had the best chances of saving my trans! Mo the manager is the amazing he helped me out a lot he even stayed a hour past closing to make sure the job was done properly. I couldn’t be more thankful I would give them 10 stars if I could."

"I have been comin to this Pennzoil since moving to the area in 2009 and keep coming back because of how awesome they are. A couple weeks ago, my oil life indicator was at 1% and I had an hour drive ahead of me for a wedding rehearsal. I unknowingly pulled behind the bay doors without realizing that it was 10 minutes past close. I am not that guy that will demand someone stay open (or order a takeout pizza 10 minutes before close, etc.), but I was in a pinch and saw the crew still working on a couple cars. I asked if they could sneak me in, but if not: no big deal. The long-time manager, Moe, asked me if I could come back tomorrow. I could not, as I had the same drive in the late afternoon for the wedding, with errands beforehand. At that, he told me that he could change my oil. He did so with a smile. I kept apologizing to every worker that I saw for keeping them over, but everyone was chill. Also, they were as methodical and efficient as any other time I had been there--it was not a rush job, but it was done quickly enough while doing it all correctly. If you need a reliable place for your oil change with a professional crew who know the meaning of customer service, check this place out. Just make sure you're better than me and show up on time please--just because they're cool doesn't mean you shouldn't be too."
