NAILS ON 10

"I visited today and I was highly upset when I left. Highly priced the pedicure was just ok. The nail tech filed my nails down to nothing. Shaped my toes crooked so I had to file my own nail. $90 later. Never again. I noticed everyone going to the ladies and the one guy…why send a new customer to someone not as experienced. Terrible service. Never again. I’ve paid less and got way better service. Won’t get me again"

"A few days ago, I decided to try out Nails on 10 for the first time, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The range of services, styles, and colors they offered was impressive. What really stood out to me was how attentive they were throughout the service, constantly checking in on how my nails looked. And let's not forget about the comfortable massage chairs during the pedicure! I can't recommend them enough, and I'll definitely be returning."

"I went for the first time today and my experience was good. I was satisfied with my nails however when I came in there wasn’t a price list so you never know if they making up a price. You need to have patience as you would at any nail shop. I plan to return for my fill and I hope the service is just as good as the first time."

"I wish I knew the nail techs name, but he filed my nails down to nothing and made them extremely weak. I visited Nails on 10 in October and November. Both times I got shellac. I came to this place with strong, natural nails. No acrylic. No Gelx extensions. Natural nails that I had not had done in a while. Had I known better, I would not have allowed him to use a drill on my nails to removed the shellac. They were so thin that I couldn’t wash my ears with a towel because my nails would bend. I was so hurt by this. I’m till growing my nails out so they can be strong again. I will not be returning out of fear that other nail techs may do the same. Where the education and care for the client? The attached picture shows my nails from the end of October - now. You notice the indentation on my nails. That’s the new growth vs where he filled my nails down. There’s a huge difference and it’s so ugly. My nails would chip, break, and snag everyday. I do not recommend Nails on 10."

"My cousin and I went together to get full sets and pedicures. Got there around 11/11:30an and didn’t leave until 3/3:15pm on a Friday and it wasn’t that busy being that everyone else had appointments. Let me tell y’all I didn’t even get a pedi because of the wait and the mishandling our hands. My cousin said her pedi was nice. Pros: pretty interior/ cute vibes Clean establishment Becky soften the vibe between us and Ken Cons: Very Slow Ken is rude and aggressive with managing hands and fingers. Twist/ turns and pushes/pulls (He thought we were hand mannequins or elastic girl) The wait we both had to get Ken and we couldn’t get pedicures at the same time. They just we spitting out prices the prices didn’t make since they are were saying different prices. They are pricey for no reason and Ken’s work is alright. Try at your on discretion. I more than likely won’t be back! (The pic is within 48 hours of visit)"
