In & Out Nails 2

"My coworker recommended me this place because she use to come here about a year ago when she lived in the neighborhood. Her nails always look fabulous so I figured she knew what she was talking about, but I should have looked at the reviews about new management and things changing… because wow. The service was BAD. Kevin did my power set and first, he cut my nails down BEFORE realizing they were my REAL nails, thankfully that’s what I wanted, but he should have known that first before cutting away. Second, and FAR more importantly, when he was “done” the tips of 8 out of my 10 fingers were clear TRANSPARENT and did not match blue on the rest of the nail. I showed him and he went on to fix ONE. I had to individually show him each wrong finger for him to know to fix it. Even though I waited my 25ish minutes to get in his chair, it felt like he was trying to rush me out of it. THIRDLY, he then told me it’d be $45, and a $2 charge for a card, but then another $5 service fee just magically appeared? I’ve never seen that happen at a nail salon. Just tell me my nails were $50 and stop being sneaky. I don’t regret leaving a $3 tip. Will never go back or recommend to any friends in the neighborhood."

"They're decent. Cut one finger with the file, and filed my thumb nail down too low on the side, it now hurts. Nails look fine, nothing special. My thumb nails are two different sizes/ shapes."

"Do not come here if you expecting the same service you received before. A lot of things of changed here in the last 6 months. It seems the management has changed. No longer doing appointments and they take people ahead of you. I walked in, signed in, and choose next available. I women behind me sat I the chair to get here nails done before me. Absolutely unacceptable when I had been here for already an hour. I paid for my nail removal and left,"

"I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and I absolutely love Kevin’s work. This shop has come a long way within the past few years. The employees work have improved so much and it really shows! I’m honestly not very fond of the older man who works at the very back station so I prefer to go to Kevin, and I will happily wait until he’s available. I also really like their new sign-in tablet on the front counter. As someone who works in the service industry myself, we get the worst attitudes from people who don’t know how to do our jobs otherwise they would do it themselves. A lot of these reviews are disgruntled and dishonest. If you just talk to people with kindness instead of being condescending, they will happily work with you and your requests. Treat people better and you will be treated better."

"This was my first time ever going here - drove 30 mins and it was absolutely worth it. I forgot to ask for their names, but the 2 men on chairs #8 and #5 were extremely helpful. Originally I was sat at #8 & I showed him what I wanted after he had glued on my acrylic tips. Instead of telling me to choose something else or that it was too late, he sent me to #5 who restarted my nails for me. I felt incredibly awful for the hassle, but they were super nice about everything. They did a great job and did exactly what I wanted. Super quick and friendly & went above and beyond! I would definitely go here again."
