"The only downside ia the wait. You can wait anytime a d any day from an hour to 3 hours. They are not vwry time organized, they easily could soke off nail polish for people who are waiting at the same time they are doing someone else's nails but no, you sit there waiting and then when it's yoir turn you sit again for 15 minutes soaking while they play on their phones. But the work is nice and good quality."

"I came into Fashion Nails after being turned away at another salon. My only complaint is that they didn’t have very much staff when I came in. I wish I would have gotten the woman’s name that did my nails. She took her time and was detailed with her work. I would go back."

"That older lady that does most if not all the pedicures is very rough on the feet. I was not comfortable at all and really wanted to have her stop half way through. My toes were frozen from just sitting here. Like she had me dip my feet in the water to get them wet then took the water away, like most of my pedicure was spent trying not to tell her just to stop. And by the time I got to have my feet in the water it was already cold. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here for anything other then eyebrows. On top of the attitude she had. Like never again will I be back this was a last minute decision and I’m so mortified that I’m going to have to fix my toe nails. I’d recommend buying a foot spa over coming here!!!"

"I paid $35 my nails. They came out very good. i was very impressed for my first time coming here. I went in and there wasn’t a wait and i didn’t make an appointment. i sat down for about 5 mins and they were ready for me. i got black nails and he did them very fast and food as well. it hurt a little bit i’ve never been a place where it doesn’t hurt. i posted some pics to see"

"Fashion nails and spa has gone down hill drastically. I started coming here when I moved to the area, almost a year ago. They were good for awhile and then it became clear that the owner's husband hates his job. He was the one to do my nails often and he became extremely rough and impatient about taking his time to do my nails. My cuticles were swollen and red for almost a week after he did my nails and it progressively got so much worse. This last time, 3 of my nails were BLEEDING by the time he was done. Believe it or not, that was not the final straw. The final straw was when I went in to get my nails done this past time. I was a faithful customer, every two weeks getting my nails done and brought several friends with me. Since getting them done, I had 2 nails break. Whatever, things happen (or so I thought). I went to get them fixed (in between my bi-weekly appt.) and the guy was extremely rude again. I told him I need a fix and a polish change. He over charged me (from their POSTED prices) and when I asked for a Matte top coat (which I usually get) he told me there was an additional cost. I said, I have never paid extra before, why now? He claimed "its a new charge". I went to pay for my nails and he was mad that I was using my debit card (which I ALWAYS used). He said "don't you have cash?" I said no, I do not keep cash on me. He rolled his eyes and clearly was done helping me. He painted my nails awfully, to the point that he left nail polish on my fingers around the nail and you can see every single mark that the brush made on my nail like there was something dragged across my nail bed. My friend was with me and was getting a pedicure this day. After drying, I went to sit by her (since she was the only one in the salon getting a pedicure) and the worker (the older lady) **PHYSICALLY HIT ME**. She smacked my leg and told me "No, you sit over there" and pointed to where I was sitting previously. I asked why I can't sit by my friend and she laughed and said nothing else and then the two workers started talking in a different language (clearly about the situation). Now, its 3 days after getting my nails fixed after the breaks and ANOTHER nail is broken. Honestly, if you are thinking about going to this place because of the convenience of location, my advice....stay far far away!!!! I would rather drive hours away to get my nails done then use this place EVER AGAIN."
