"I have been here a few times. But due to the prices being high and the slow service I stopped. But I gave it another try last Sunday. As it was just closer at the time. Very nice people and very clean.. but idk why but this is what my nails look like today. I didn't go tanning or dye my hair...NOTHING DIFFERENT!!. now they refuse to fix the issue and im stuck with them or I have to pay tobhave them fixed i usually go every month because I cant afford to go more then that. I'm so mad and was there a hour and half almost and was the only one thete. Plus the $60 I spent on this garbage. my nail bedding was so torn up and hurt for days as well. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. They don't have a very big color selection either.. I'll stick to my place."

"Today I actually had my first bad experience at this particular shop. I started going to this shop about seven months ago. They always had decent customer service and fair and competitive prices. Until today, I went there to get a service that I had previously had gotten months ago and was charged double with no explanation other than the wife's prices were higher than her husband's! I stated as a business owner. That's bad business and also it's price gouging. I simply feel like she charged me more Because she felt as though I could afford to pay more. I stated my complaint paid the ridiculous amount and left."

"The absolute worst experience of my life. First off in my pedicure, the worker made me bleed by cutting my nail too deep. I said nothing. Then with my fill in, he tries applying acrylic without even asking if I want my nails cut shorter! When I told him he cut them and when I asked to make sure they were all matching in length he goes “oh you have to have them perfect huh?” Umm yes! This is my money I’m spending. Then, all matched except my thumbs and I told him and he cut it again. Still one was longer and when I mentioned it he’s like “no it’s not!” My thumbs are not the same length now and I posted a pic to prove it. Lastly he put so much acrylic that he made my nails thick. When I told him to please thin them out he placed too much acrylic he goes “not my problem the last person who did your nails did this if you want me to thin them out I’m going to charge you.” He charged me an extra $3 for thinning out my nails! Lastly, he started blabbing in his native tongue something and said “2 hours” and guess how long I had been there?…2 hours. He was so concerned of getting to the women waiting that he wanted to give me mediocre service. Get more workers and don’t rush hard working paying customers! I will NEVER, EVER go there again!"
