"I am just writing this on behalf of my fiancé because he doesn’t write reviews or anything but what aTERRIBLE experience he had. He has been with this office for about 4 years now. He had fillings done that have fallen out and then she charged him again to get it refilled. Of course he just said okay, but it’s NOT okay. She is too busy and in and out with her patients to actually give “care” and be personal with her patients."

"I can't recommend Dr. Zemems. I had gone to her office years ago, and ended up going elsewhere when I noticed after every visit, she had me coming back for something else. We moved away and came back and I had forgotten about my experience, so I went back. I loved the office staff. I had an incident where I had to go in for an emergency filling, and I was thankful to get in so quickly. She filled one tooth, and suggested I come back to take care of the other two because they looked like they needed to be filled too. I couldn't get x-rays at the time because I was pregnant. After my 2nd appointment she suggested coming back to get my other 3 teeth filled...the only 3 on top towards the back that didn't have fillings. She told me she's been wanting to fill them for some time now, yet I hadn't been back to her office for long and had yet to have x-rays at the office since the last time I had been there (more than 6 years). I did not go back, and after a visit with my new dentist, I have yet to have any of the teeth Dr. Zemens wanted to fill, filled, because they don't need it. I can't help but wonder how many teeth she filled that didn't actually need to be filled. I have other friends that have been to the same office and have not had the same experience, so I'm not sure why this has been the case for me, but fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I won't ever go back."

"Dr. Zemens is your best choice for dental care. I've been a patient there for over 10 years. I had 5 years of dental training in the military so I'm quite familiar with knowing bad dentists from good ones. Dr Zemens is a great one. When my wife had a tooth go bad on a weekend and her face swelled like she had a golf ball in her mouth, Dr Zemens responded immediately, called in anti-biotics, and arranged for a root canal specialist to see her the next morning. My wife's pain was eliminated. Dr Zemens finished the job with a crown and all was well. We need more dentists like Dr Zemens."
