"I came here with my child because she was having an emergency and I just didn't know what to do at the time. Dr. Moosa has the worst bedside manner of ALL the medical professionals I've sought help. He scolded me about her dental situation which I was fully aware but hadn't found an office that would take her on as a patient. He was very short with me and gave us a refferal to a children's dentist (who also refused service because she has almost all her adult teeth). It took him 6 hours to call in an emergency antibiotic to the pharmacy, after lecturing me about how serious it was. I tried to pay at the office counter before leaving but was told we were good to go, only to get a bill a month later. All I needed was some reassurance after being hospitalized for pre-eclampsia, having a premature baby, having a truck crash into my house and moving with no notice. I hope your team reads this to you Dr. Moosa, because your patients deserve better."
