"Went to get an estimate on a transfer case. I had told him that I knew the issues. He insisted to inspect the truck. I told him that I knew what the problem was, that all I wanted was an estimate. He states that he was not going to charge me to take a look at it. When I went back for the truck he charged me 85$, just to tell me it was a transfer case, the same thing I went in for an estimated. Be careful!!. If you need a estimate Dont go to them, Bill transmission in Taylor doesn't charge check them out."
"They do good work here although the type of work they do is expensive. I have had them call me up and tell me I only needed a $25 repair for a leak and that fixed it but typically when you go to a transmission shop it's for an expensive repair of a complex mechanism. This shop will give you a fair price."
