"My son was a little apprehensive to have a tooth pulled after a negative first experience at another office. Dr. Kareem came in and instantly made a connection with him. His positive attitude and level of care and concern made a world of difference during the appointment. Breanna, the dental assistant, was kind and personable. She took the time to make sure Anthony was comfortable and paid attention to him when he spoke. The office staff have been a pleasure to work with and even called us when we left his tooth behind!"

"My son has needed extensive dental care over the past few years. Every visit has been extremely pleasant and delightful. They are amazing at making my son feel comfortable and all of the work from Bitewing to extractions and performing x-rays have been able to be performed without creating any fear or anxiety for my son to attend the next visit, when necessary, which was surprising to me and unexpected. All interactions and requests for records were handled diligently and timely when requested as well. I love this office and would recommend it over any and all other dentists and offices I've had experience with. Definitely worth the drive and distance for the care provided."

"Read the reviews!!!! Worst experience. The Dr is impatient, rough & unprofessional. The Dr will repeatedly tell your child it doesn’t hurt (while her mouth is actively bleeding) & to stop crying & on our last visit did not complete the treatment plan because my daughters crying was too loud for other patients. He then called her uncooperative, telling her to get up & leave, refusing to place a wire on her bottom brackets. She is 8! Do not go here! They are out for your money, do not care for your child & lack any gentle dentistry techniques."

"I have taken my 2 young daughters here twice already and the dentist/dental assistants did such a fantastic job making them comfortable. They also did a great job accommodating us by doing them at the same time in rooms next to each other so I could go back and forth to check on them. We were in and out within 30 minutes! My girls loved the entire experience and ask me all the time when they’ll go to the dentist again!"

"My daughter is super anxious, came here and told her & I that she needed surgery. After speaking with them & signing all the paperwork - which was in Feb 2023, I was told that I will get a phone call to schedule said surgery. I never did, I have called 16 times and even went up to the office. I get the same response, that they will forward the message to the right person & I NEVER get a call back. It is now Sept 2023, and nothing has been done or resolved. Now we have to go to a new dentist, and do this all over again, with my child who is now absolutley terrified of the dentist offices. I do not recommend this office. (New Haven & Richmond)"
