"Was deceived into making an appointment with facility in December 2019 after being told that they were in network with my insurance company. I was adamant with staff this was accurate because my out of pocket was met on my insurance and obviously couldn't wait until next month before it resets. I was assured they were an in network provider and come to find out last week of December I was being told that they are only an out of network provider. I literally tried to clarify this over 10 times before making an appointment. They even had the nerve to offer me a payment plan since my insurance can't pay for it! Do you really think I'm going to be getting service from you after that?!?!? So now I have to pay over $2,000 for device when insurance would have paid for it. Greedy Slime!!! EDIT: This place had the the nerve to call me after reveiw to see if I was still interested in oral appliance!!! Unbelievable!!! Stay Away from this place and find a doctor that cares about your well-being instead of your money."
