"Bordered online went to store store closed. Went to this later went to the store 805, store hours are start 7:30 store not open locked employees walking around inside. Call district manager who called store speak with the manager. Manager came out on her phone went to the car didn't say anything went to cancel the order no one can do it but the manager and she's in the car employee goes out check with the manager she appears upset and cancels the order finally and walks back out to her car on her phone."
"Kenzie helped me greatly even while she had her manger I believe Michille yelling her name every 2 minutes she just stay focused and helped me figure out what I needed but the screaming from the other lady was very uncalled for I give Kenzie 5 stars but that location 3"

"I went in to get a battery for a forklift. I went online, and it said the store had it in stock. I took the old battery in with me. The guy asked if I needed help, I said I needed a BCI group 49 battery. He said, "What's that". I said it's the battery size. He looked confused, so I pointed to the numbers on the tags. He said they don't have it. Now the manager asked for what kind of car is it for. I said you can't look it up. I found the battery I needed, but then I seen the date sticker said it was already over a year old. The original guy implied take it or don't that's what we have. I was in a bind, I took it (I had to get this forklift running. It frustrates me that the parts people know so little about the parts they are trying to sell you."
