"Called to confirm they have a part in stock, associate told me they have what I needed. When I showed up he said we actually don't have that part, sorry. Really? I can check your stock online the entire point of me calling was for you to physically check and make sure it's there. I drove a total of an hour for this and as I'm walking out he said have a nice day. Wow. I had to do a double take and make sure I didn't walk into the circus. Think twice before shopping here"

"Simply the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My truck broke down and I was walking all over trying to get the parts to fix it. I must have walked five miles trying to find the parts. I called advanced auto parts and they actually had the part instock. And the gentleman were so nice, courteous and professional.
